Fees

Insurance Providers

We no longer accept payment via any health care insurance providers (AVIVA, CIGNA, Bupa, Bupa Global, WPA, AXA Global, etc) and require the patient to pay up front for consultations to confirm the appointment. 

Please be reminded it is up to the patient to reclaim their expenses with their insurer and to be aware of what types of services are covered (e.g., psychology) and any shortfall they may incur. Your insurance provider may not cover all the consultation fees. 

Consultations are 60-minutes in duration and attract a fee of £180.00 per session. Payment is required prior to each session via bank transfer with your name or initials and date of consultation.

Self-Funded Therapy

Patients are under no obligation to attend for any number of sessions. It is up to the patient to decide how many sessions they are able to attend.

Payment Options

Sessions can be paid for by BACS/cash prior to the time/ day of the consultation. Bank account details will be provided prior to the consultation. Deferred payment is an option if arranged prior to the appointment. 

We currently are unable to accept credit or debit card payments.



Cancellation policy

At JTPCS we understand that illness and unpredictable events can happen which makes it very difficult to attend a planned appointment. A confirmed cancellation 48 hours prior to the appointment will not incur a fee. 

However, less than 48 hours does not always allow sufficient time for the appointment to be re-scheduled to another patient and the full fee would be requested. Of course all circumstances will be taken into consideration and in exceptional circumstances the policy may be discretionary.
